AIRTECH A4000R Perforated RELEASE FILM

Applications

A4000 perforated release film is a high-temperature, high-elongation release film that conforms perfectly to the most complex curvatures. It withstands temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). It peels from most resin systems and provides a glossy finish when removed from the laminate. All standard perforations are available. Please refer to our perforation chart in this section.

Caracteristics

• The product's elongation and flexibility reduce corner bridging, reducing rework on resin-rich corners.

• High color visibility reduces the risk of filming on cured parts or confusing perforation styles.

• Excellent adhesion to cured parts: the film peels off easily and leaves a glossy finish.
