Applications
Dahlar® Release Bag 460 is a self-releasing, multi-layer vacuum film designed for use in direct contact with the prepreg during the manufacturing of hollow parts, particularly hollow parts. It exhibits excellent release properties with epoxy and polyester resins. This product is also available in a "gusseted" (GT) version. Thanks to its folding, Dahlar® Release Bag 460 is easier to position in a hollow body. The development of this film allows for uniform pressure to be applied to parts with small or variable diameters, where standard tubular films could be problematic.
Caracteristics

• Multi-layer construction combines release and vacuum performance in a single material.

• Easier to position accurately in hollow sections, reduces cycle time, and improves quality.

• Easier to remove after cure reducing cycle time.
