AIRTECH TEFLEASE MG2E YELLOW

Airtech's TEFLEASE MG2E is a high-visibility self-removing high-temperature yellow tape that is highly visible and can be used to locally protect areas of resin aggression. They are recommended for applications on surfaces or a large élongation and demoulding are required. Teflease MG ribbons can be used as a semi-permanent release film on cooked Airpad tool rubbers and on pressure intensifiers and mandrels such as the Aircast 3700.

TEFLEASE MG2E YELLOW ribbons from Airtech are made of PTFE extruded with a silicone adhesive. They offer very good elongation (175%) and good temperature resistance. They make it possible to obtain a demolding surface thanks to the support in PTFE. Extruded PTFE offers a very smooth surface to improve the quality of parts.
