AIRTECH WRIGHTLON® WL5200B non-perforated

Applications

Airtech's Wrightlon® 5200 B (Blue) Non-Perforated is a fluoropolymer-based release film with good elongation and excellent temperature resistance (260°C). It is easy to remove and allows the manufacture of parts with complex shapes by adapting to the most complex curvatures.

Caracteristics

• Good elongation and strength reduce tearing and bridging in corners, thus reducing rework on resin-filled corners.

• Wider film widths reduce seams, allowing for faster set-up and safer manufacturing of large parts.

• Bright colors reduce the risk of film remaining on demolded parts or confusion between different perforations in the same workshop.
