The BP1100 from BASE MATERIALS is a high-density (1100kf/m³) polyurethane (PU) machinable sheet. The BP1100 is designed for use in vacuum forming and thermoforming applications, as well as for manufacturing foundry patterns and master patterns for mold making. The BP1100 from BASE MATERIALS offers excellent surface finish and dimensional stability.
