Silicone/ 2 parts / Ratio 1:1/  Blue / Viscosity 6500 mPa.s / Shore hardness A 34 / Thermal conductivity 3.2 W/m.K / Dielectric strength 18kV/mm / Density 2.75 / Elongation 45%  

Pot life : 4h at 25°C

Curing time: 60 min at 80°C / 30 at 100°C / 20 min at 120°C
