Ipplon® DPT1000 is high-temperature nylon films for curing temperatures up to 246°C (475°F). They can be used when high temperatures and pressures are required. These are the recommended materials for curing with phenolic resins.

Caracteristics

• Heat resistance ensures vacuum safety during high-temperature curing.

• Good elongation prevents the formation of bridges in corners, which can cause bag swelling or excess resin.

• High chemical resistance reduces the risk of bag rupture with aggressive phenolic resins.
