ELECTROLUBE GFP200 is a silicone-based, thermally conductive and electrically insulating pad designed to optimize heat dissipation in electronic devices.

Thanks to its high flexibility and very low compression force, it easily adapts to irregular surfaces, thereby reducing overall thermal impedance.

Natural tack on both sides – facilitates application and reduces interfacial resistance.

Electrically insulating – protects sensitive components from short‑circuit risks.

Temperature range: -60 °C to +180 °C

Hardness: 40 Shore 00 – very low rigidity.

Volume resistivity: 10¹⁰ Ω·cm – excellent electrical insulation.

Compliant with UL94 V‑0.
