HPE 40A POLYOL : Color : Dark amber liquid / Viscosité 550. Mix HPE System: Color: Amber / Maximum thickness : de 20mm to 100mm depend of hardness / Hardness : de 40 ShA à 50-55 ShD / Abrasion resistance : depend of hardness (voir FT) / Elongation at break : depend of hardness (voir FT) / Tear resistance : depend of hardness (TDS).

High performance elastomeric polyurethane system, polymerisation at room tempera-ture, is based on 2 polyols and 2 isocyanates (HPE 40-85 iso / HPE 55 Isocyanate / HPE 85 A Polyol / HPE 40 A Polyol), which allows to meet the user’s needs, with a wide range of hardness. Process in 2 components casting machines or manually with silicone moulds.
