MG Chemicals 8329 TCS is a two-component thermally conductive epoxy adhesive, ideal for bonding heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. Its formulation ensures optimal thermal conductivity while providing strong electrical insulation. MG Chemicals 8329TC is particularly suited for the following applications: Attaching heat sinks to electronic components. Bonding LEDs and other heat-producing elements. Assembling devices requiring efficient thermal dissipation management.
