MG CHEMICALS 8329-TFF is a two-part thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with fast setting (only 15 minutes), designed for various applications in the electronics industry: bonding heat sinks to electronic components, securing LEDs and other heat-generating components, applications requiring a fast-setting, thermally conductive, and electrically insulating adhesive.
