MG Chemicals 8329 TFS is a two-component thermally conductive epoxy adhesive designed to provide effective thermal dissipation while ensuring robust electrical insulation. Particularly suitable for attaching heat sinks to heat-generating components such as LEDs, CPUs, and other sensitive electronic devices.
