MG CHEMICALS 842AR

MG CHEMICALS 842 ARL is an acrylic-based electro-conductive paint loaded with silver  that provides excellent electromagnetic shielding (EMI) as well as effective protection against radio frequency interference (RFI). This coating offers excellent abrasion resistance. Nickel is ferromagnetic and provides protection for the magnetic component, unlike diamagnetic fillers such as carbon, copper, or silver.

Volume resistivity: 7.5 x 10⁻⁵ Ω.cm / Service temperature range: -40 °C to 120 °C / Recovery time: 3 minutes / Curing time: 24 hours at 22 °C or 30 minutes at 65 °C / Recommended film thickness: 25 µm / Minimum film thickness: 8 µm / Viscosity at 25 °C: 16 cP / Density: 1.3 g/mL.

MG CHEMICALS 842 ARL Single-component acrylic-based paint. It is loaded with highly conductive silver flakes. Dries at room temperature, flexible once dry. Can be applied by spraying or with a brush, resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
