Manufacture of equipment, components, and subassemblies for the food processing industries.

Caracteristics

Slightly thixotropic two-component epoxy adhesive.

Mixing ratio 1:1 by volume.

Compliant with FDA 175.300 and European food contact regulation EU 10/2011.

Gel time of 50 to 70 minutes at 23°C.

Full cure in 24 hours at room temperature or 1 hour at 60°C.

Property

Excellent adhesion on stainless steel.

High shear strength up to 17-23 MPa on stainless steel.

Final hardness of 75 to 85 Shore D.

Good mechanical and thermal resistance after complete curing.

Gap filling capacity up to 2 mm.
