Synthene’s PR600 is a filled polyurethane casting resin designed for vacuum casting parts that mimic materials such as PA, PC, or ABS. It offers excellent mechanical properties, temperature resistance, and impact strength.

Synthene’s PR600 is a transparent, slightly yellow material that is easy to color; it flows well in silicone molds and allows for a short demolding time.

Synthene’s PR600 is REACH-compliant and meets the requirements of European directives.

The part can be demolded after:

• 50 to 60 minutes at 70 °C, depending on the thickness of the part.

To achieve the mechanical properties of the product, a complete curing cycle — including demolding time — is necessary:

• Minimum curing time: 1 hour at 70 °C + 24 hours at room temperature

• Optimal curing time: 2 hours at 70 °C + 2 hours at 100 °C + 24 hours at room temperature
