Acrystal® AQUA POUDRE+LIQU 24KG

Designed for outdoor applications, Acrystal® Aqua designs can be partially or totally submerged. Acrystal® AQUA can be applied directly to any type of substrate (even polystyrene) by casting or spraying, and can be machined by hand or by numerical control. Properties once hardened: Density: 2340kg / m3 / Pot-life: 40/60 min / Time before demolding: 24h (depending on the thickness) / Flexural stress: 10 Mpa / Compressive strength: 75/80 Mpa (after 28 days curing ) / linear shrinkage: <0.7% / Hardness: maximum after 28 days/ UV resistance: excellent.

Acrystal® AQUA is a white composite material consisting of two products: Liquid Acrystal® AQUA liquid resin + Acrystal® AQUA powder. The two products mix up to 10/70 (10 Acrystal® AQUA Liquid + 70 Acrystal® AQUA Powder. Acrystal® is a non-toxic product (no risk phrases) and has a low odor level. It is a very simple resin to implement and emitting hardly any heat at the moment of the reaction (exothermy <45°C). Acrystal® allows a great variety of surface state and can be cleaned easily water (water as the only solvent)
