Permabond Launches a Smartphone App for Engineers

Permabond has developed an app version of its Engineer’s Guide to Adhesives. This free download is compatible with iPhone and Android based smartphones.

The app provides basic information on bonding theory, a glossary of key bonding terms and information and advice on surface preparation and the chemical compatibility and temperature resistance of different bonding technologies.

It also features a unit conversion tool (weight, length, volume, temperature and pressure) and a direct link to www.permabond.com.
